Consulted for Avon Products Inc and spearheaded four different initiatives - Air Freshener Business; Diane Von Furstenberg Home Fragrance Collection; Avon Candles - Beauty Begins at Home; Avon Wellness - Inner and Outer Beauty. Developed the Marketing and Distribution for Oilily Cosmetic and Fragrance Products into US Distribution. Developed the first three perfumes for Trish McEvoy and the distribution strategy into Specilty Stores into the USA. Headed up the Sales and Marketing for Environmental Scenting Companie, AromaSys, Brandaroma and Air Aroma for scent-branding into Hotels, Casinos, Resorts and Spas. Consulted with and developed brand initiatives for companies such as Burberrys, Coty, Danskin, Lancaster, in the areas of strategic brand marketing and Licensing.

Expert Witness Experience
Expert has been retainted as an Expert Witness on several cases. She was retained as an Expert Witness for the Plaintiff in an Arbitration Dispute between two major International Fashion and Fragrance companies. The nature of the dispute was that the defendant did not use their 'best efforts' to promote and advertise the plaintff's brand which was also distributed into second tier channels of distribution or Grey Goods Market, thereby diluting and tarnishing the brand's image. Expert's Report and testimony was very effective and the Plaintiff won the dispute and went on to recoup losses and also regain their trademark.

In another case, Expert was retained as an Expert Witness in a trademark infringement dispute and wrote an expert report.
