Expert has been retainted as an Expert Witness on several cases. She was retained as an Expert Witness for the Plaintiff in an Arbitration Dispute between two major International Fashion and Fragrance companies. The nature of the dispute was that the defendant did not use their 'best efforts' to promote and advertise the plaintff's brand which was also distributed into second tier channels of distribution or Grey Goods Market, thereby diluting and tarnishing the brand's image. Expert's Report and testimony was very effective and the Plaintiff won the dispute and went on to recoup losses and also regain their trademark. In another case, Expert was retained as an Expert Witness in a trademark infringement dispute and wrote an expert report. |
